What are you going to do?
You are responsible for distribution of work, adjusting staff planning and coordinating with colleagues and internal departments. Solves problems, monitors and adjusts the work within the given frameworks. Ensures that the processes run smoothly and efficiently. Supervises loading, unloading, product movements,
storage, repair, demolition, and maintenance activities. Contributes to the optimisation of the processes, makes proposals for improvements. Carries out work himself, if necessary. Ensures efficient use of employees, planning and coordinates technical disruptions with the technical department. Directs and coaches the employees, gives work assignments, transfers knowledge, and regulates leave/vacation and illness. Supervises compliance with company regulations concerning safety, the environment and order/cleanliness. Resolves unsafe situations, if necessary in consultation with the manager and/or Quality
department.

Job requirements
• Oral and written skills in Dutch as well as English
• Has logistic training or extensive experience in logistics and experience in the field of leadership
• Fork-lift truck, EPT, reach truck and stacker certificate
• BHV certificate is an advantage
• MBO+/ HBO level
