About the Job
Your Role: As an assembly operator at HQ Pack, you’ll independently assemble industrial packaging, working mainly with wood but also other technical materials. You’ll use modern woodworking machines and tools to ensure everything fits perfectly according to blueprints and measurements. Safety is key: you follow instructions and use personal protective equipment as needed.

What you bring
- 1 to 5 years of relevant experience (assembly, operator, or woodworking)
- Technical insight and ability to read technical drawings
- Work accurately, precisely, and carefully

- Fluency in Dutch and/or English
- Affinity with wood, plastics, metal, or cardboard
- Basic knowledge of machines and tools
