For our client in Eindhoven, we’re looking for Cleanroom Operators to join their team in the 2-shift system. This company designs and produces customized packaging solutions for high-tech and sensitive products used in industries like semiconductors and medical technology.

What you’ll be doing
In this role, precision is everything. You’ll make sure every product that leaves your workstation meets the highest cleanliness and quality standards.
🔧 Assemble and prepare parts or complete products
🧼 Clean and pack according to strict cleanroom procedures
📋 Follow process instructions and safety regulations carefully
🚀 Notice and report deviations to maintain top quality
🌍 Work in an international environment with colleagues from different backgrounds
Your working hours
You’ll work in 2 shifts:
☀️ Morning shift: 06:00 – 15:00
🌙 Evening shift: 15:00 – 00:00
💸 An 18% shift allowance applies to every hour you work
What we’re looking for
✔️ LBO/VMBO work and thinking level (or similar)
✔️ You have a good command of the English language
✔️ Experience with reading technical drawings is a plus (or willingness to learn)
✔️ Cleanroom experience is an advantage, but not required
